T Taylor
Founder and CEO
Taylor founded The Creative Alliance in 1991. Prior to that, he was founding member and creative director of CareerTrack, which would become the 10th fastest growing company in America in 1986, and the world's largest seminar training company in 1990. Taylor also has a background in fine art and painting. He is also a leader of a sports marketing company (ProMark) and a live music venue and events center (Nissi's). He and his wife Teresa have three children and live in Lafayette, Colorado.

David Heitman
President
Heitman joined The Creative Alliance in 2001, when he merged Heitman Advertising and Design with the firm. Heitman founded his company in Westminster in 1989, providing award-winning creative direction in print, web and other media for clients, along with strategic brand development. A professional speaker on topics including branding, marketing, sales, media literacy and media culture, Heitman has a background in history and theology. He and his wife Debbie have 2 children and live in Lafayette, Colorado.
